About Me
I am a User Experience Researcher (UXR) at Amazon based out of Seattle. Specifically, I work as part of the Delivery Experience (DEX) Design team at Amazon. The DEX UXR design team is responsible for the end-to-end CX framework for delivery programs and features worldwide. As a UXR at DEX, I inform the CX by cultivating a deep understanding of the needs and behaviors of customers through qualitative and quantitative insights derived from a variety of validated research methods.
Concerning my doctoral work at Texas Tech, I was involved in research that looked at how people coordinate their hand movements to complete two-handed tasks. For example, are people better at completing a task by themselves with two hands or with another person where each person one uses one hand? - The answer might surprise you, but as always: it depends (shocker).
